launched in November 2014, the HTC Nexus 9 was a tablet specially designed by HTC to be a part of Google’s Nexus range. On the inside a Nvidia Tegra K1 chipset can be found. Whilst rarely used elsewhere, the Nvidia mobile chipset range has proved itself well in the past and it’s performance on the Nexus 9 is superb. Extra GPU performance from the Nvidia Tegra K1 chipset allow for smoother frames in mobile games and the CPU runs at 2.3GHz. On the memory side of things, the HTC Nexus 9 Wi-Fi version has 16GB of internal memory and the LTE version has 32GB of internal memory. Unfortunately there is no microSD card slot so storage is a bit on the low side.

If you are a fan of other Android overlays like TouchWiz from Samsung or Sense from HTC, you may be saddened to hear that the Nexus 9 unfortunately uses the stock Android OS, or at least a very near-stock version of it. Because of this, you are limited for features unless you do some tinkering if your own.
