On the inside the Rezound has a dual core 1.5GHz Scorpion processor, an Adreno 220 GPU, 1GB of RAM and a 1,620mAh battery. If you purchase the HTC Rezound in like new condition you’ll receive a 16GB microSD card which will add to the 16GB which is already available on the system. If you need extra space you can also purchase a larger 32GB microSD card. Unfortunately the Rezound cannot support microSD cards with more than 32GB of memory.

Besides the Android OS, the HTC Rezound is running the HTC Sense 3.0 UI. We’d consider Sense 3.0 to be severely lacking in functionality when compared to today’s choices of Android overlays, so if you’d like a more up to date experience you may want to consider installing a launcher from the Google Play store.
