Released in 2014, the LG G3 was LG’s successor for the year and the successor of the LG G2. Just like the smartphone before it, the LG G3 managed to pick up many awards for being innovative and functional. One of the biggest features on the LG G3 was it’s physical buttons, which had been placed on the back of the smartphone. By having the buttons placed on the back, it became much easier to turn the display on and off, control the volume, take pictures and do more. The placement of the physical buttons on the LG G3 were perfect considering that the device had a large 5.5″ display and it was the first time any manufacturer had thought to counter the issue of one handed use on large screened smartphones.

On the inside of the LG G3 a Snapdragon 801 SoC can be found. The Snapdragon 801 in the LG G3 has a 2.5GHz Krait 400 processor and an Adreno 330 GPU. You’ll get 2GB or 3GB of RAM in the LG G3 depending on whether you own the 16GB or the 32GB memory version respectively. Fortunately the LG G3 has a microSD card slot so if you start to run out of storage space, a simple purchase could upgrade your storage to up to an extra 128GB via microSD.

Whilst a lot of the focus of the LG G3 went on the great specifications, the amazing high quality 2K display, which was a first for mainstream smartphone at the time, and it’s useful button placement, the LG G3 also had some decent software features. The LG G3 was perhaps the first LG smartphone that showcased an interface with enough originality and unique appeal to stand out from Samsung’s TouchWiz. In the past LG has put a lot of effort in to compete with Samsung and as a result a lot of the software features do mimic some of those found on TouchWiz. This time though, more features have been added, including a dual screen mode.

If you would like to root the LG G3 D855, all you need to do is follow the four simple steps above. Once you have followed the steps above you will be able to unlock your LG G3 in no time. Our unlock software is designed to be as simple and safe as possible so you won’t have to worry about any issues or complications.
