The LG G4 was released in 2015 as LG’s flagship for the year. Just like it’s previous flagship release, the LG G4 featured a large display and it’s physical buttons were placed on the back of the smartphone instead of on the side like most current smartphones. The software on the LG G4 was finally good enough to deserve a commendation by many critics in 2015. Unlike previous attempts by LG, the software and user interface on the LG G4 felt unique and completely separate from other Android overlays, including TouchWiz, which LG had taken a lot of inspiration from in the past.
