In 2012, Google and LG wowed the world with the LG Nexus 4. Unfortunately no microSD card slot is available on the Nexus 4.  The display on the Nexus 4 was also fairly decent at the time – the size was 4.7 inches, which was very close to all other flagship devices in 2012 and it had a resolution of 768 x 1280.

When it came to software, the LG Nexus 4 was a delight for some and a deal breaker for others. Whilst the Nexus 4 did not have any extra cool features like Samsung’s TouchWiz or LG’s smartphone UX, the Nexus 4 came with stock Android. This means that the experience on the Nexus 4 is exactly how Google intended it to be, without any changes from outside sources. A stock Android experience is always a lot smoother than other Android overlays because the extra graphics, applications and UI processes are non-existent.
