Being able to root your smartphones with ease is a commodity that most Android users don’t have access to. Unfortunately the rooting process can often be over complicated and can sometimes come with risks that can occur when mistakes are made during the process. We understand that it can be a scary experience to put your smartphone through rooting so we’ve created our One Click Root software which has been designed to reduce the risks and make the rooting process as automated as possible. Once you have followed the four steps listed above you will be able to use our One Click Root software to get your Motorola Moto G 3rd Gen on Marshmallow 6.0.1 rooted within seconds.

The Moto G 3rd gen launched in 2015 as the all-round smartphone from Motorola. Whilst it didn’t quite have as much power as the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 or the Moto X, it still had enough hardware to deal with the Android OS without problem and it’s price tag was incredibly favorable across the world. When it launched, the Moto G 3rd gen came with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop but an upgrade to Android Marshmallow 6.0 is in the works. We’d hope to see Marshmallow 6.0.1 on the Moto G 3rd gen by the end of the year.

Obviously we can’t expect too much from the Moto G as a mid-range device but it’s hardware specifications are considerably generous despite it’s low price point. Firstly the Moto G 3rd gen has a nice sized display. At 5 inches and a resolution of 720 x 1280, you’re not getting the absolute best viewing experience but you won’t find any reason to complain. The same can be said about the 13 megapixel primary camera on the Moto G 3rd gen which has a f/2.0 aperture and can record footage in HD 1080p. When it comes to the interior, the specifications are on par with other mid-range devices. With a Snapdragon 410, a quad core 1.4GHz processor, 2GB of RAM and an Adreno 306 GPU, benchmark results for this device are reasonable, although far from the performance of top end smartphones such as the Droid Turbo 2 or the Galaxy S6. The Moto G does come in two variants, the first of which has only 8GB of internal storage and 1GB of RAM, whilst the slightly more expensive variant has 16GB of storage and 2GB of RAM.

The software on the Moto G 3rd gen is as close to stock Android as you could get and this is perfect for the device. With a stock Android experience, the overall responsiveness of the device is improved massively and the Moto G UI feels buttery smooth.
